TAKE THE STEP TO PREPARE FOR LIFE AFTER RETIREMENT TODAY

PRO-ACTIVE LONG TERM CARE PLANNING

Chances are you’ll live into your 80’s, your 90’s or even longer. However,
you may not live independently and may require some assistance at some
point along the way.

What is Extended care planning and why should I plan now.

• Extended care is help at home or in a facility with activities of
daily living we can no longer perform on our own.
• Medical Insurance, Medicare plans or employer group plans
do not provide benefits for this type of event.
• The cost of this type of insurance increases with age and
requires health screening to qualify.
• More options in coverage and leveraging more benefits is
best at younger ages. However, you're never too old to plan
unless your already needing care!

“Since providing this type of care to a loved one often falls to the children
it is essential that they be given the tools to talk to their parents about the
impact of doing so”. Harley Gordon “The Conversation”
